Role Summary - The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in accordance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Install HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chillers, and ventilation equipment. - Interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications accurately. - Carry out piping, ductwork, insulation, and electrical connections in line with standards. - Test, commission, and balance HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. - Diagnose and rectify installation-related faults and defects. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures. - Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. - Complete installation checklists, service reports, and job documentation. - Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and clients during project execution. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Technical certification or trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering. - 3–5 years’ hands-on HVAC installation experience. - Strong understanding of HVAC components, refrigerants, and installation best practices.
