The Installation Specialist reports to the BN Offshore Construction Lead and is responsible for delivering the Bonga North Topsides scope and tie-in operations. You will ensure best-in-class HSSE and CAPEX performance, safe and flawless start-up (zero leaks), and safe and reliable operations of the Asset post start-up.

Project Overview

Bonga North Project: Development of new reservoirs through a 16-well tie-back (8 producers + 8 injectors) to the existing Bonga Main FPSO with a 15-year life extension, targeting approximately 352 MMboe with associated subsea infrastructure and topside revamp scope.

Subsea Scope (SURF)

• 8 subsea production trees and 8 water injection trees
• 2 production manifolds (4-slot each), 4 production inline tees (1-slot each)
• 2 water injection manifolds (6-slot and 2-slot) and 1 water injection inline tee (1-slot)
• 8 production jumpers and 8 water injection jumpers
• 10" subsea production flowlines (approximately 26 km) and steel catenary risers (SCRs) in two flow loops
• 14" water injection flowline (approximately 12 km) and SCR
• Approximately 32 km of static and dynamic umbilical and approximately 4 km of composite gas-lift umbilical for subsea and wells services and control

Topsides Modifications

Topsides modifications on Bonga Main FPSO include engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of materials and equipment with a total additional dry weight of approximately 1,500 metric tonnes (MT).

Topside Upgrade Scope:

• Installation of one new water injection turbine-driven pump
• Upgrade of one existing Bonga Main pump
• Addition of four new electric motor-driven methanol injection pumps
• Addition of two corrosion inhibitor pumps
• Several tie-ins to existing systems
