Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, International Development, or related fields

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, or public sector advisory
• Proven ability to design and deliver innovative, adaptive strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, business development, or programme design
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Familiarity with donor-funded projects and international development ecosystems
