Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT systems, and ensuring the reliability of all technological operations. The role involves contributing to IT strategy development and implementing efficient technology solutions aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues effectively
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure
• Perform system administration tasks to support seamless business operations
• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and databases
• Monitor and maintain network systems configuration

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience in Information Technology and Technical Support for both hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems
• Expertise in System Administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Qualifications and Certifications
