Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT systems, and ensuring the reliability of all technological operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and resolve technical problems effectively
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure
• Perform system administration tasks to support seamless business operations
• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and databases
• Contribute to IT strategy development
• Implement efficient technology solutions aligned with company goals

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience in Information Technology and Technical Support for both hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems
• Expertise in System Administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a corporate environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, MCSE)
