About the Role

Nalis Pharmaceuticals Ltd is seeking a qualified Information and Communication Officer to ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the company's information technology systems. This role involves maintaining hardware, software, and networks, providing technical support to users, implementing IT policies, and supporting the company's digital transformation goals. The officer will ensure data security, system efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory and corporate IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the company's computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and security, ensuring regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness
• Provide technical support to staff across all departments, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Maintain detailed logs of IT incidents and resolutions
• Oversee the inventory and maintenance of all IT assets such as computers, routers, printers, and software licenses
• Ensure all systems are up to date and operating efficiently
• Manage data integrity, confidentiality, and security by implementing appropriate access controls
• Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
• Support the implementation of enterprise systems such as QuickBooks and Odoo ERP
• Assist in process automation, document digitization, and integration of AI-driven tools that enhance operational efficiency
• Enforce IT policies and procedures and carry out routine IT audits
• Report any non-conformances to management in line with ISO and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field
