Key Responsibilities

Operational Management & Field Coordination

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of all field-based project activities
• Manage timelines, resources, and logistics for schools, community engagements, and environmental initiatives
• Oversee facilitators, trainers, technical experts, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Identify implementation challenges proactively and work closely with the team to mitigate possible risks

Training & Capacity Building

• Ensure that training programs and sessions are delivered effectively and achieve learning objectives

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Track activity-level outputs, documentation, and evidence for reporting purposes
• Ensure quality standards are met across all project components
• Support risk management, compliance, and adherence to donor and project standards

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Project Lead, Delivery Manager, and Project Analysts to align field operations with project plans
• Provide timely updates, field reports, and insights to improve project implementation and decision-making
