Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and hands-on Implementation Manager to join our climate resilience initiative. Key Responsibilities
Operational Management & Field Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of all field-based project activities
- Manage timelines, resources, and logistics for schools, community engagements, and environmental initiatives
- Oversee facilitators, trainers, technical experts, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identify implementation challenges proactively and work closely with the team to mitigate risks
Training & Capacity Building
- Ensure that training programs and sessions are delivered effectively and achieve learning objectives
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Track activity-level outputs, documentation, and evidence for reporting purposes
- Ensure quality standards are met across all project components
- Support risk management, compliance, and adherence to donor and project standards
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Project Lead, Delivery Manager, and Project Analysts to align field operations with project plans
- Provide timely updates, field reports, and insights to improve project implementation and decision-making
