Implementation Engineer at IT Horizons Limited

Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a skilled Implementation Engineer to join IT Horizons Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise networks. In this role, you will configure, install, support, and troubleshoot voice, video, and enterprise network equipment. You will also design system configurations, document installations, and maintain and upgrade existing systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and install network and security devices
• Design system configurations and create network diagrams
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of network and security devices to resolve technical issues
• Liaise with pre-sales and project management units to understand client requirements
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to resolve technical issues
• Work with the project management unit to provide comprehensive documentation before and after project completion
• Provide support to clients under support contracts
• Manage client network infrastructure
• Deliver weekly reports on assigned projects and support cases
• Continuously develop technical skills to improve work quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
