Requirements:
Applicants for the ICT Officer II role must meet these conditions:
- Education: BSc/HND in Computer Science, ICT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: proven experience in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, networking, and basic hardware repair
- Certification: CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft 365 certifications are added advantages
- Skills: strong problem-solving and communication skills
