## Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business units within Vantegral Consulting, aligning HR practices with organisational goals. The HRBP will support workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance optimisation, and HR operational excellence across the business.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, business understanding, and the ability to influence people's decisions that drive productivity and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop people strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide data-driven HR insights to guide decision-making on talent, performance, and organizational design
  • Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and culture transformation

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Lead talent forecasting, succession planning, and capability development within assigned business units
  • Oversee recruitment needs, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning and development initiatives

Performance & Employee Development

  • Drive the performance management process—goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals, and continuous feedback
  • Coach managers on performance improvement strategies and employee development plans
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and competency building

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and ER cases
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with organisational values
  • Implement engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation comply with Nigerian labour laws and company standards
