Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Responsibilties Strategic HR Partnership: - Partner with line managers and department heads to understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives. - Drive workforce planning and organizational design strategies. - Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects. Talent Management & Development: - Lead recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams. - Identify talent gaps and implement succession planning strategies. - Facilitate learning & development programs aligned with business needs. Performance Management: - Implement and monitor performance management systems. - Coach managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback conversations. - Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. - Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and disciplinary procedures. - Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs. Compensation & Benefits: - Support salary review processes and compensation benchmarking. - Ensure benefits administration complies with Nigerian regulations (e.g., pension contributions, NSITF, NHF where applicable). Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies. - Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. - Support internal audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
