About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Human Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR-related tasks including salary administration, documentation, interviewing, and training of new employees
• Update newly hired staff data in the staff database
• Develop training and onboarding materials
• Gather and process payroll data including bank information and work schedules
• Ensure the wellbeing of all staff on the premises
• Execute other major tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc degree
• 4–5 years of work experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of people management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR qualification (an added advantage)
