Human Resource Manager (Training Manager) at Stellar Group

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead and manage its training and development initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that support both organizational objectives and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans aligned with company business objectives and employee development needs
• Design and deliver various training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development training
• Communicate regularly with departmental leaders to identify, analyze, and prioritize training needs across the organization
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above (preference given to majors in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields)
• Minimum 10 years of professional training experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or related leadership position
• Strong knowledge of training processes, methodologies, course design, and program evaluation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative team approach
• Proficiency with office software and training-related software applications
• Age 25-35 years
• Good health with no limiting health conditions
