## Title: Human Resources Manager – Retail Business
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will lead and manage Human Resources functions for the Retail Business Unit, ensuring strategic alignment between HR initiatives and retail business goals. This role is responsible for driving workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance optimization, and compliance across all retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the growth and operational efficiency of the retail business
- Partner with retail leadership to align HR initiatives with commercial objectives
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning for retail expansion and transformation
- Monitor HR KPIs and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for retail staff across all locations
- Implement learning and development programs tailored to retail competencies and customer service excellence
- Drive succession planning and career development for key retail roles
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure consistent delivery of retail training modules
- Promote a high-performance and safety-conscious culture across retail stations and operations
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity
- Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations, conflict management, and disciplinary matters, in alignment with the function head
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies across retail locations
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems for retail staff
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure operational integrity
- Manage disciplinary processes and grievance resolution in line with company policy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification
