## Title: Human Resources and Administration Manager
About the Role
Edves Digital Education seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to lead Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role combines strategic HR management with operational excellence, requiring a versatile leader who can develop organizational culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and growth plans
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit processes
- Implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs that enhance motivation and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Use HR data analytics to track performance, engagement, and turnover metrics
- Lead staff engagement, culture-building, and welfare initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation
Key Responsibilities: Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a well-structured and efficient work environment
- Manage office logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Supervise facility management and ensure smooth operations across departments
- Maintain accurate records for company assets, supplies, and operational expenses
- Support compliance and documentation requirements for company policies and regulatory filings
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, retreats, and events
- Provide administrative support to management and ensure alignment between departments
- Drive digitization and automation in administrative processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and office administration
- Excellent command of digital productivity tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to balance strategic and operational priorities

- Professional HR certification
