## Title: HSE & Quality Assurance Manager
Position Overview
We seek a dedicated HSE & Quality Assurance Manager to ensure organizational compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards while delivering high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE and QA systems, conducting audits, and leading a culture of safety and quality across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and compliance
- Quality Assurance (QA) program development and oversight
- Reporting and regulatory compliance documentation
- Stakeholder management and communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications in HSE and Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent) — highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE and quality assurance management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors
- Proven experience implementing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems
- Strong track record in reducing workplace incidents and improving product quality
- Not more than 45 years of age at the time of application
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and HSE/QA software tools
