## Title: HSE & Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview

We seek a dedicated HSE & Quality Assurance Manager to ensure organizational compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards while delivering high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE and QA systems, conducting audits, and leading a culture of safety and quality across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and compliance
  • Quality Assurance (QA) program development and oversight
  • Reporting and regulatory compliance documentation
  • Stakeholder management and communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in HSE and Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent) — highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE and quality assurance management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience implementing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems
  • Strong track record in reducing workplace incidents and improving product quality
  • Not more than 45 years of age at the time of application

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and HSE/QA software tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
