About the Role

We are seeking an HSE Officer with a strong background in the manufacturing or fabrication sector to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Train and sensitize employees on safety practices and emergency response
• Investigate and report incidents, recommending preventive actions

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and observation skills

Compensation

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
