Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and work instructions specific to transport and logistics operations (e.g., vehicle safety checks, loading/unloading procedures, driver safety protocols, warehouse safety). - Ensure effective communication and dissemination of HSE information to all employees. - Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification exercises across all transport and logistics activities, including driving, loading/unloading, warehousing, and maintenance. Identify potential hazards associated with vehicles, equipment, materials handling, and operational processes. - Develop and implement appropriate risk control measures, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE).  Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 2-years of relevant experience in HSE management, preferably within the transport and logistics industry. - Professional certification in HSE is highly desirable. - Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and HE audits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
