HSE Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures across offshore vessels and marine operations - Conduct offshore vessel inspections, safety observations, and HSE audits - Monitor compliance with safe working practices on board vessels and at offshore locations - Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems - Coordinate HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, drills, and safety briefings for offshore crew Requirements: & QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environrnental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field - Minimum of 3—5 years' HSE experience, with strong offshore / marine exposure - Experience working with vessel crews and offshore operations is essential - Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent) are an advantage
