Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Correspondence with external parties on selected transactions/projects - Oversee scheduled management across all TAG Facilities. - Work closely with the hiring managers to interview candidates for open roles - Coordinate monthly town hall activities. - Draft MOUs, Contract, and Addendum - Conduct reference and background checks on new hires - Oversee front desk/Admin operations - Represent the company at collective bargaining agreement meetings - Handle vendor registration with new clients - Provide continuous support to all employees. - Assist in coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes. - Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Lead. - Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HR Lead. General Requirements - Minimum of a first degree from a reputable university - Minimum of 3 + years of proven experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications, and web-based applications - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environment - Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and approachability - Must be teachable and ready to learn. - Must be a resident of Lekki/Ajah and its environs. - A background in Law will be most preferred.
