## Title: HR Team Lead
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As HR Team Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage a small HR team, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leaders within the consulting practice
- Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Support learning and development initiatives to drive performance and growth
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR reporting
