## Title: HR Team Lead

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As HR Team Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage a small HR team, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to leaders within the consulting practice
  • Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Support learning and development initiatives to drive performance and growth
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR reporting
