Job description
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Stresert Services Limited as an HR Officer. This is a full-time client-site secondment (implant role) based in Ilushan, Ogun State, reporting to the COO in the Lagos office.
The HR Officer will serve as the on-site representative of our management consulting firm at our client's facility. The role exists solely to execute, monitor, and institutionalize our firm's HR, Organizational Development, and performance improvement programs within the client organization.
This role does not replace or duplicate the client's internal HR function. Instead, it acts as the execution arm of our consulting engagement, ensuring that all approved people, culture, structure, and performance initiatives designed by our firm are implemented rigorously on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting Program Execution
- Drive the on-site implementation of all HR and OD interventions approved for our client
- Translate consulting designs (structures, KPIs, frameworks, workflows, scorecards, policies) into daily operational reality
- Track compliance with agreed organizational standards across departments
- Ensure leadership and employees adopt new systems, behaviors, and processes
Organization & Performance Governance
- Monitor role clarity, reporting lines, manpower alignment, and workload distribution
- Ensure that performance management systems (KPIs, targets, scorecards, reviews) are used correctly
- Identify deviations, resistance, or breakdowns in the organizational design
- Escalate risks, bottlenecks, and issues of non-compliance
Culture & Behavior Change
- Reinforce professional standards, ethics, attendance, documentation, and decision-making
- Act as the "culture mirror" of the organization — highlighting gaps between desired and actual behaviors
Data, Diagnostics & Reporting
- Collect workforce, productivity, performance, and organizational data required for consulting purposes
