Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. - Provide counseling on policies and procedures. - Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. - Create and implement effective onboarding plans. - Experience with Microsoft Office and HRM software (especially MS Excel) - Develop training and development programs. - Assist in performance management processes. - Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. - Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. - Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. - Eperience with payroll management. - Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) Requirements: -  HND/BSc holder only with a minimum of 3 year experience - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Good interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail - Professional certificate (like CIPM) is a plus - Female only (for gender balance) - Supermarket/Retail experience is a plus. Salary and Benefits - N200,000 - N250,000 / Month. - Pension + HMO + Feeding + 13th Months etc.
