Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field - Minimum 8years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years within the healthcare sector - Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management - Exposure to hospital administration or healthcare operations management is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labour regulations, and HR compliance - Lead recruitment aligned with organizational culture and long-term strategy. - Establish leadership pipeline readiness across clinical and non-clinical roles. - Oversee payroll planning and HR compliance. - Implement performance management systems. - Strengthen employee engagement and retention strategies. - Provide oversight of general administrative function - Align HR strategy with operational and clinical service delivery needs - Support operational efficiency and institutional discipline.
