An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary - We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy HR Graduate Trainee to join our team. As an entry-level role, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, support our HR team, and develop valuable skills. Key Responsibilities - Assist with employee data management, record-keeping, and documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records - Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. - Support the recruitment team in various tasks. - Utilize Excel to track HR metrics, create reports, and analyze data. - Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports. - Familiarize yourself with our HR systems and software. - Assist with HR-related technical tasks and troubleshooting. - Participate in special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or HR process improvements. Requirements - Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or a related field with 0-2 years experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). - Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new HR systems and software. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about HR and technology. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.   Check how your CV aligns with this job
