## Title: HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Organize training sessions and track development programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
  • Draft and update HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • HR certification is an advantage
