## Title: HR Executive
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment
- Organize training sessions and track development programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Draft and update HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- HR certification is an advantage
