Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. The HR Data Analyst (Payroll & HR Functions) will be responsible for providing data-driven insights across core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation.
This role ensures accuracy and compliance in payroll, maintains HRIS data integrity, and delivers reports and analytics that support strategic workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data across key functions, including recruitment, performance, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation
- Administer payroll processes with accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Monitor HR metrics such as Time to Fill, attrition, and training effectiveness to guide decision-making
- Generate insights and dashboards to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives
- Ensure HRIS data integrity and assist with compliance reporting and audits
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Proven experience in payroll administration and HR data analysis
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel or similar tools
- Solid understanding of HR principles across multiple HR functions
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills
