Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement people & Culture strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting. and organizational design. - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding. - Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies. - Support organizational change and cultural transformation progams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferied. - 5-8 years in strategic HR roles, ideally in financial services or banking. - Strong knowdedge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices. - Experience in change managernent. workforce planning, and management. - Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
