Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to lead and oversee all human resources, administrative, and compliance functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with strong administrative and compliance management skills to drive organizational efficiency, ensure regulatory adherence, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Draft, review, and enforce HR and administrative policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. - Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures. - Lead and supervise the administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations. - Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting. - Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes. - Develop and monitor HR, admin, and compliance KPIs and metrics. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management, - including compliance oversight. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
