## Title: HR/Admin Manager
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated HR Manager to lead and manage the internal human resources function while supporting key HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure that people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to deliver outstanding HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and offboarding
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry best practices
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
- Champion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Compensation
N300,000 – N350,000 per month
