## Title: HR/Admin Intern

About the Role

Prestigious Consulting Group is hiring an HR/Admin intern for a fully remote position. We encourage applications from post-NYSC individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
  • Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for company job vacancies
  • Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Post and remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms
  • Assist HR staff in gathering market salary information
  • Support the planning of company events
  • Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
  • Coordinate new hire orientations
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or currently studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
