Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. - Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations. - Record Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. - Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and coordinate administrative functions. - Training and Development: Organize training programs and employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance. - Payroll and Benefits Management: Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management systems. - Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale. - Must be willing to resume immediately
