About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect work to ensure prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
• Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements as required
• Investigate and address complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
• Provide training and professional development to housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as needed
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as required
• Screen housekeeping applicants and recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals
• Perform various cleaning duties during instances of staff shortages

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in housekeeping, hospitality management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or hospitality sector

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦70,000
