## Title: Housekeeping Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our housekeeping team in a management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
  • Conduct room and facility inspections
  • Handle guest feedback professionally

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of housekeeping experience (3+ years in a managerial role)
  • Experience in 3–5 star hotels
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software (Opera preferred)
  • Must live close to Lekki or be willing to relocate
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Professional certification (an added advantage)
