Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to join our dynamic team at our hotel property. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
• Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in rooms, such as towels, toiletries, and linens
• Report any maintenance or repair issues in rooms to the appropriate department promptly
• Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of waste and hazardous materials
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve issues
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role in the hospitality industry
