Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage students within the hostel environment. - Ensure discipline, welfare, safety, and general well-being of students. - Monitor daily routines and enforce academy rules and regulations. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students. - Liaise with management on student welfare and related matters. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hostel administration, boarding school supervision, or similar role. - Strong leadership, discipline management, and interpersonal skills. - High level of integrity, patience, and emotional intelligence. - Experience working with young people is highly essential.
