Role Description

This is a full-time, live-in position based in Lagos. The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Children's Shelter, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage household staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage daily household schedules and operations
• Prepare and oversee meal preparation for residents
• Ensure resident satisfaction and well-being
• Conduct training sessions for household employees
• Implement people management practices across the team

Required Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and proven experience overseeing team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in training staff to maintain high standards of service

• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
