An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities - Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience - Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently - Maintain accurate guest records and process payments - Provide prompt and professional assistance to guests at all times - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Uphold front office standards and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements & Qualifications - Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure - Prior experience in a hotel front office role is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an asset.
