Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide effecient check-in and check-out services.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, in-person inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest registration and billing information in the hotel system.
- Process room reservations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability and readiness.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services and attractions.
- Maintain organize filing system and guest records.
- Upsell room upgrades and other services to guests.
- Monitor lobby area and ensure clean and welcoming environment.
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years experience as hotel receptionist in a luxury hotel.
- Applicants must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction and environs.
