A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Responsibilities - Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material - Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as need requires - Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, etc. - Monitor office supplies. - Keep updated records and files - Take up other duties as assigned. Requirements  - Minimum of OND in the relevant field - Proven experience as front desk representative, Admin, or relevant position - Proficient in English (oral and written) - Excellent Customer relations service - Strong communication - Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities - Problem-solving skills.
