## Title: Hotel Receptionist

About the Role

A Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, or visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient assistance. They manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately

Customer Service

  • Provide accurate information about services, facilities, or schedules
  • Handle guest complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Assist visitors with directions, bookings, or general support

Administration & Records

  • Maintain visitor logs, reservation systems, and appointment schedules
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing records
  • File and manage correspondence, documents, and reports

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, HR, etc.) to meet guest and client needs
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between management and staff

Office & Front Desk Maintenance

  • Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and welcoming
  • Manage office supplies and front desk materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc)
  • 6 years of relevant work experience

Compensation

N70,000 per month
