Hotel Operations Supervisor at Greywood Hotels and Apartments

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our hotel departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and guarantee guest satisfaction. This role is key to ensuring the hotel runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
• Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and improved guest experience
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services
• Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
