Hotel Night Manager / Auditor at Bolton White Hotels & Apartments

Key Responsibilities

Night Operations Oversight

• Manage the front desk and hotel operations during the night shift
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests

Guest Relations

• Ensure a high level of customer service during night hours
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor guest safety and security during overnight stays

Financial & Audit Duties

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting
• Balance room charges, taxes, and other postings
• Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports
• Ensure accuracy of cash, credit card, and folio balances

Security and Safety Monitoring

• Monitor surveillance systems and hotel premises
• Respond to emergencies and follow proper incident reporting procedures
• Coordinate night security checks with security personnel

Reporting and Handover

• Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to morning management
• Ensure a smooth handover between night and day teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or equivalent
• 5 – 10 years of relevant hospitality or hotel management experience
