## Title: Hotel Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and deliver exceptional guest service in line with the hotel's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service delivery in line with the hotel's brand standards
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
  • Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance and service goals
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and strategies to boost occupancy
  • Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to senior management
  • Maintain the property's ambience and uphold the distinct character of the boutique brand
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and service quality
  • Conduct performance appraisals and enforce disciplinary measures where necessary
  • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
  • Monitor and improve guest feedback and satisfaction scores

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Oversee safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures across all departments

Compensation

N400,000 - N500,000 per month
