Position Overview: - The General Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, boost revenue growth, and foster a culture of exceptional service delivery. - This role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction at the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: - Revenue generation through strong customer relationship and aggressive marketing targeting key customers within the area. - Oversee daily operations across hotel to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to standardize and maintain quality operations. - Monitor financial and operational metrics to meet revenue and profit targets. Leadership and Team Management: - Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve organizational objectives. - Recruit, train, and develop employees to sustain high-performance levels. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: - Formulate and execute strategies to enhance business growth and competitive positioning. - Identify opportunities for partnerships and new revenue streams. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively. Guest Experience and Quality Assurance: - Ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for all guests across departments. - Address guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly. - Regularly assess facilities and services to maintain or exceed standards. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation in the guest house. - Implement effective risk management measures to protect organizational interests. Required Qualifications: and Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 2-4 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success. - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple challenges and teams effectively. - Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools.
