We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - A Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Main Duties & Responsibilities - Clean and tidy guest rooms daily - Make beds and change bed linens - Dust furniture, wipe surfaces, and clean windows - Vacuum carpets and mop floors - Clean toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks - Replace towels, toiletries, and bathroom supplies - Ensure high hygiene standards are maintained - Restock items such as water, tea/coffee, tissues, and toiletries - Check that all room amenities are complete and in good condition - Clean hallways, staircases, lobby areas, and staff areas - Ensure the hotel environment is neat and welcoming at all times - Collect dirty linens and deliver to the laundry - Receive and store clean linens properly - Report torn or damaged items - Report maintenance issues (faulty lights, leaking taps, broken items) - Report lost and found items immediately - Inform supervisor of room status (vacant, occupied, needs repair) - Respond politely to guest requests - Respect guests’ privacy and follow “Do Not Disturb” signs Physical Requirements: - Physically fit and able to bend, lift, and stand for long hours - Able to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Skills: & Qualities: - Attention to detail - Good time management - Ability to work independently - Honest and trustworthy - Good personal hygiene and neat appearance - Basic communication skills - Ability to follow instructions. Benefits: - Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly. - Staff Meals - Staff Accommodation (Layover).
