A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Description - Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.Conduct financial analysis to assess profitability and provide recommendations. - Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and business plans, including projected room revenue. - Transaction management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, handle cash handling procedures, and reconcile bank statements. - Payroll and taxes: Administer payroll, ensure compliance with tax legislation, and prepare tax returns. - Auditing and compliance: Conduct internal audits on financial transactions and operations.Ensure the hotel complies with all financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards. - Cash flow management: Monitor cash flow, chase late payments, and report bad debts.
