Role Overview - The Female Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, administration, and welfare of students residing in the female hostel. - The successful candidate will ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a conducive living environment that supports academic excellence and student development. Key Responsibilities: Student Welfare & Supervision: - Supervise and monitor hostel residents - Enforce hostel rules and institutional regulations - Provide guidance and counseling support where necessary - Address welfare concerns and escalate serious issues appropriately. Administration: - Maintain accurate records of occupancy and resident details - Monitor compliance with hostel policies - Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations. Safety & Security: - Ensure proper security measures are enforced - Conduct routine inspections of hostel facilities - Liaise with security personnel and management on safety matters. Conflict Management: - Mediate disputes among residents - Implement disciplinary measures in line with institutional policy. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related discipline - Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills - High level of integrity and emotional intelligence - Experience in hostel administration is an advantage.
