Hostel Nanny

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - The Hostel Nanny will provide care, supervision, and emotional support to primary school boarders, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and overall wellbeing within the hostel environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise pupils during morning routines, evening prep, meals, and bedtime. - Assist pupils with personal hygiene, dressing, and basic life skills. - Ensure hostel rules, routines, and child safeguarding standards are strictly followed. - Monitor pupils’ health and promptly report concerns to hostel management or the school nurse. - Support a nurturing, disciplined, and child-friendly hostel environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in child care, boarding school, or similar setting. - Ability to work with young children patiently and responsibly. - Basic literacy and good communication skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours and reside on campus (if required). - Background in Early Childhood Care is an advantage.
